About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst – Scrum with 8+ years of relevant experience to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.
The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Business Analysis, Agile/Scrum, requirement gathering, user story development, stakeholder management, technical documentation, APIs, SQL, and SDLC processes. The candidate will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, technically feasible, and successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria.




Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters during Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Work closely with Development, QA, Architecture, and business teams throughout the SDLC.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, Use Cases, Process Flows, and technical documentation.
Conduct Gap Analysis and Impact Analysis for new requirements and system changes.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery.
Analyze APIs, databases, integrations, and data flows to assess technical feasibility and dependencies.
Support defect triage, root-cause analysis, and production issue resolution.
Manage and maintain requirements, user stories, and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
Support UAT planning, execution, defect tracking, and business sign-off.
