Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for flagship conferences, events, and key product portfolios within the HR, professional services, and future-of-work space.
This role requires a marketer who combines strong B2C instincts with B2B depth—someone who understands how to build buzz, drive demand, and convert audiences at scale. You will be responsible for creating high-impact campaigns that generate audience interest, drive registrations and revenue, and strengthen the organization’s position as a thought leader in the world of work.
Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution
Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns for conferences, events, and key product portfolios.
Design integrated campaigns across digital, social media, email, partnerships, and on-ground activations.
Build high-conversion marketing funnels from awareness through registration and engagement.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business and revenue objectives.
2. Demand Generation & Growth
Drive delegate registrations, audience engagement, lead generation, and revenue impact.
Plan and optimize performance marketing campaigns, including paid media, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
Leverage marketing automation platforms for lead nurturing and conversion.
Identify recent channels and opportunities to expand audience reach and engagement.

Translate complex HR, workplace, leadership, and business themes into simple and compelling narratives.
