About the Role
ExeLance IT is looking for an experienced Inside Sales / Business Development skilled to support our B2B sales growth.
The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, prospecting target accounts, engaging relevant stakeholders, qualifying opportunities, and generating qualified meetings for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential B2B accounts across target industries and markets.
Identify relevant stakeholders and decision-makers within target accounts.
Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline.
Conduct outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels.
Research prospects and personalize outreach based on their business needs.
Initiate conversations and build relationships with potential clients.
Understand prospect requirements and identify business opportunities.
Qualify prospects and schedule relevant meetings for the sales team.




Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate prospect and activity records.
Work with the sales team to improve conversion and achieve assigned targets.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, SDR, or BDR roles.
Proven experience in B2B sales and outbound prospecting.
Experience selling IT services, software, SaaS, product engineering, AI, or digital solutions is preferred.
Strong understanding of lead generation, account research, prospecting, qualification, and follow-up.
Comfortable using modern sales intelligence, prospecting, CRM, and communication tools.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Comfortable communicating with business stakeholders and decision-makers.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and consistent with follow-ups.
Ability to understand different industries and identify potential business problems and opportunities.
Preferred
Experience working with both domestic and/or international B2B markets.
