Design, develop, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test data for web, mobile, API, and AI-enabled applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, exploratory, performance, and UAT testing.
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.
Test AI-powered applications, chatbots, voice bots, APIs, and intelligent workflows for functionality, accuracy, consistency, reliability, and performance.
Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, bias, hallucinations, and business compliance.
Perform API testing, database validation,



and end-to-end workflow testing.
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects; perform root cause analysis and verify fixes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, AI Engineers, Product Managers, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and faster releases.
Monitor test execution, prepare quality reports, and recommend process improvements.
Contribute to automation frameworks, reusable testing assets, and QA best practices.
