Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic, and student-focused Personality Development Educator to help students enhance their communication skills, self-confidence, interpersonal abilities, and overall personality. The candidate will be responsible for delivering personality development and soft skills sessions in a studio setup for online learners.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver personality development and soft skills lectures.
Teach topics such as communication skills, spoken English, public speaking, confidence building, body language, and professional etiquette.
Create engaging, student-focused, and interactive learning experiences through recorded sessions.
Maintain confidence, clarity, and energy while presenting on camera.
Coordinate with the production and academic teams during video shoots.
Prepare scripts,



lecture plans, notes, and presentation materials as required.
Ensure content delivery is clear, skilled, and easy for students to understand.
Participate in rehearsals, demo recordings, and feedback sessions for content improvement.
Stay updated with modern communication and personality development techniques.

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
Strong command of spoken English and Hindi.
Confidence in facing the camera and delivering lectures professionally.
Good body language, voice modulation, and on-camera presence.
Ability to engage online learners effectively.
Creative and energetic teaching approach.
Basic understanding of studio recording environments is preferred.
