Job Summary
1. Support motor and controller development activities for new EV programs from concept to production readiness.
2. Prepare technical specifications, SOR, and system requirement documentation.
3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design, development, and integration activities.
4. Support development of EV traction motors such as PMSM / BLDC motors.
5. Support technical interactions with motor and controller suppliers.
6. Review design reports, validation data, and development milestones.
7. Track project timelines, cost targets, and technical deliverables.
8. Coordinate with suppliers for motor & Controller design reviews, prototype development,
9. Support failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
Experience: 4–6 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Electrical / Electrical & Electronics Engineering

Required Skills
· Solid understanding of EV traction motor technologies (PMSM, BLDC, induction motors).
· Knowledge of motor design principles including electromagnetic design, thermal management, and efficiency optimization.
· Experience in motor controller development, inverter design, and power electronics.
· Knowledge of motor control algorithms such as FOC (Field Oriented Control).
· Experience in dyno testing, motor performance characterization, and system validation.
· Understanding of EV powertrain architecture and vehicle integration.
· Familiarity with communication protocols (CAN/LIN) and automotive electronics architecture.
