Responsibilities:
Design review and approve of OCC System including OCC/BCC Architecture, System Specification, Interface Specification, control room and operator console layouts, server room design,



network architecture, Engineering /Software Basline, and operational workflow, ensure compliance with room layout standards, power and earthing requirements, EMC/EMI and cyber‑security provisions, and verify completeness of O&M;, training, spares and related technical documentation
Installation, Testing & Integration Commissioning : Oversee OCC system in FAT, IAT, PAT, SAT, Dynamic inspection, and all ITC stages, ensuring full OCC system readiness and availability to support integrated railway operations, centralised control, and coordination with signalling, telecom, radio, and rolling stock systems.
Manage and coordinate all interfaces between OCC and Signalling (ETCS/IXL), Radio (LTE‑R/FRMCS), Telecom IP backbone, SCADA, AMS, BMS, and Rolling Stock systems, ensuring alignment of technical and functional requirements and overseeing final ICD approvals and complete documentation.
