* Effective Planning & Execution of projects, coordinating with consultant &
contractors to complete the project within timeline
* Preparation of all assigned proposals, from concept through presentation to
the management
* Coordinating with cross-functional teams to facilitate project activities,
including weekly and monthly updates
* Progress reviewing and monitoring the work continuously, including
identifying causes of delays, determining remedial actions to correct such
delays, and preparing the mitigation plan
* BOQ vetting, studying drawings, and coordinating with the architect for
corrections and revisions. Maintaining a tracker and register for the same
* Preparing time schedule coordinating with vendor and ensure the work executed
as per time plan
* Part of statutory team to obtain statutory approval obtained from DTCP &
SIPCOT authorities
* Forecasting and follow up with vendor to mobilize long lead materials at site
without delaying execution.
* Maintaining SFM (Shop floor management) board at site with proper tracking of
DPR and DLR pertaining to time schedule.




* Ensuring safety and quality in execution of project as per DICV standards
* Ensuring work executed as per GFC drawing.
* Maintaining JMR (Joint measurement register) at site as per site condition
* Pre-align & co-ordinate with shop floor in-charge for work front and area
clearance for the progress of work.
* Preparation of Daily & Weekly report for the progress of project.
* Co-ordinate with MEP team to plan structure of work in sequence.
* Maintaining Measurement book and certify for the quantum of work executed at
site.
* Prepare snag list, tracking with vendor for the closure of the same before
completion of project.
* Preparation & Submission of Bills with necessary supporting documents
* Co-ordinate with vendor to prepare handing over documents as per standard
check list in DICV & ensure completion of handing over with user properly.
* Co-ordinate with Architect to ensure as built drawing
