Level: Senior Consultant
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant on the Detect & Respond team, you will be responsible for leading security operations center delivery activities and supporting incident response outcomes across client environments.
Supervise day-to-day security operations center delivery activities for a 24x7 team of Security Analysts supporting multiple clients.
Oversee security incident monitoring, identification, assessment, reporting, communication,
and mitigation activities in line with client requirements.
Manage service delivery by monitoring resource utilization, reviewing incident audits, and supporting service level agreement compliance, process adherence, and process improvement.
Coordinate with Security Operations Center managers, shift leads, and cross-functional teams to support service delivery, major incident response, and operational issue resolution.
Support analyst interviewing, training, skill assessment, certification maintenance, and stakeholder coordination while adhering to Deloitte operational security policies.
