Job Description
Job Summary: End-to-end responsibility for maintenance, reliability, availability,
lifecycle management and cost optimization of heavy mobile equipment.
Responsibilities Summary
KEY EQUIPMENT - Hydraulic Excavators – Volvo EC480/EC550, CAT 345/349/390 class; Wheel Loaders – CAT 980/988, Volvo L220/L260 class; Dump Trucks – CAT 773/777, Komatsu HD785/HD1500; Mobile Screens/Crushers; Dozers, skid steers, cranes and support equipment; breakers, magnets, drop-ball systems, buckets and other attachments.
MAINTENANCE & RELIABILITY - Develop preventive, predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies; optimize PM schedules; improve MTBF and reduce MTTR; monitor engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, undercarriage, final drives, electrical and structural components; establish component-life monitoring; conduct RCA/RCFA for critical and repetitive failures.
FLEET MANAGEMENT - Establish equipment criticality ranking and health monitoring; monitor Availability, Utilization, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance, breakdown %, maintenance
