Role Overview
VIAVEDA is looking for target-driven Outbound Sales Executives to convert leads through phone calls by pitching Puja, Chadhava, astrology consultations, and spiritual/astrological products.
The role requires understanding customer needs, recommending relevant offerings, handling objections, following up, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to VIAVEDA leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services/products.
Pitch Puja, Chadhava, astrology consultations, and spiritual products.
Explain benefits, pricing, and booking/purchase process.
Follow up with interested leads until conversion.
Handle objections and close sales effectively.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant offerings.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/revenue targets.
Communicate respectfully while discussing religious and spiritual services.
Candidate Requirements
6 months–3 years of telesales/outbound/B2C sales experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Proficiency in regional Indian languages is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with high-volume calling and follow-ups.
Target-oriented with strong convincing, objection-handling, and closing skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp, and calling tools.
Experience in astrology, spiritual services, e-commerce, fintech, edtech, insurance, or similar B2C sales is preferred.
