Job Description:
1. Plan, supervise, and execute Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting works at project sites.
2. Review project drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents before execution.
3. Coordinate with civil, architectural, structural, and design teams for smooth MEPF integration.
4. Monitor day-to-day site activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and standards.
5. Prepare and maintain project schedules for MEPF activities.
6. Ensure timely procurement and availability of MEPF materials, equipment, and resources.
7. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and clients for execution and approvals.
8. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
9. Supervise installation,



testing, commissioning, and handover of MEPF systems.
10. Ensure adherence to Setting, Health & Safety (EHS) policies and site safety regulations.
11. Identify technical issues and provide effective solutions to avoid project delays.
12. Verify contractor bills, measurements, and work completion reports.
13. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
14. Maintain accurate records of BOQs, material consumption, work progress, and project documentation. 15. Prepare and update as-built drawings and project closeout documents.
16. Monitor project costs and assist in controlling budget variations related to MEPF works.
17. Ensure compliance with local authority requirements, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
18. Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
