*Key Responsibilities*
* Review RFQs, tender documents, drawings, and technical specifications.
* Prepare *BOMs, I/O lists, cost estimates, and techno-commercial proposals*.
* Select *PLC, VFD, Servo, HMI, and electrical components*.
* Estimate and cost *LV Switchgear, MCC, VFD & PLC panels*.
* Coordinate with *customers, consultants, suppliers, and internal engineering teams*.
* Obtain vendor quotations, negotiate pricing, and identify cost-effective solutions.
* Handle technical clarifications, deviations, and customer requirements.
* Support sales with competitive costing and proposal preparation.
*Required Skills*
* Strong knowledge of *electrical control systems and automation*.
* Experience with *PLC, VFD, Servo & HMI* – Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider.




* Knowledge of *LV Switchgear, MCC, PLC & VFD panels*.
* Valuable understanding of *electrical drawings, IP ratings, NEC, NFPA, NEMA & IEEE*.
* Strong *estimation, costing, vendor negotiation, and communication skills*.
* Proficiency in *MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint*.
*Qualification*
* Degree/Diploma in *Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Automation Engineering*.
* *6 to 7 years of relevant experience* in Proposal, Estimation, Costing, or Pre-Sales.
