Role Description The Microsoft Practice Head is responsible for leading Sigma Solve’s Microsoft-focused services and solutions, including cloud, data, AI, and enterprise applications. This full-time, on-site role, based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area, involves defining the Microsoft practice strategy,



shaping solution offerings, and overseeing end-to-end delivery for key client engagements. The individual will collaborate with sales and account teams to drive business development, respond to RFPs, build proposals, and support pre-sales activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring and guiding technical teams, establishing best practices and delivery standards, and ensuring projects meet quality, performance, and security expectations. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft and other partners, monitoring emerging technologies, and refining the practice roadmap to align with market needs and client outcomes.
