Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Current Delhi. The individual in this position will guide prospective learners through the admissions process, including responding to inquiries,



explaining program offerings, and providing accurate information on eligibility, curriculum, fees, and timelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with potential applicants via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting consultations to understand their professional goals, and recommending suitable programs. The role involves managing application documentation, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission experience, and following up with leads to support conversions in line with institutional policies. The Admission Counselor will also maintain updated records in the CRM, contribute to outreach activities such as information sessions or events, and uphold a learner-centric, professional approach in all interactions.
