Role Description The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations at the frozen fruit processing facility, ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This full-time, on-site role in the Pune Division involves planning and scheduling production, monitoring workflow, managing resources, and coordinating with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams.
Qualifications
Strong production management and planning skills, including capacity planning, resource allocation, and line balancing in a food manufacturing setting.
Experience with quality control, food safety standards (such as HACCP, FSSAI, or similar),



and adherence to hygiene and regulatory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in team supervision, shift management, and workforce coordination, with the ability to train, guide, and motivate production staff.
Operational problem-solving and decision-making skills, including root cause analysis, process improvement, and basic troubleshooting of production equipment.
Ability to use production reporting tools and basic computer applications for monitoring output, downtime, and inventory related to raw materials and finished goods.
Relevant experience in frozen foods, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing is highly beneficial.
Diploma or degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety, reliability, and meeting production targets.
