We're hiring: IoT Field Engineer – Trainee | Kochi | Freshers welcome
At Bagmo, our devices don't live in a lab. They live in blood banks, cold rooms, and vaccine carriers — places where a temperature excursion isn't a dashboard alert, it's a real problem for a real patient.
We're looking for someone who wants to be where that hardware actually lands.
What you'll do:
→ Install, configure and test IoT gateways and sensors at client sites
→ Run site surveys — power, network coverage, sensor placement
→ Onboard customers and train them on the monitoring dashboard
→ Troubleshoot device, connectivity and software issues (in office and remote)
→ Work alongside our engineering team on hardware and firmware improvements
What we're looking for:
→ Diploma/B.Tech in ECE, EEE, Telecom, CS or related
→ Basics of temperature, humidity and GPS sensors
→ Some familiarity with GSM, Wi-Fi, BLE or LoRaWAN
→ Comfortable with wiring, cabling and hardware installation
→ Valid driving licence + own vehicle, and willing to travel for client visits
