Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Associate – Inside Sales to drive lead generation, prospect engagement, and sales pipeline development across STEMpedia’s education solutions.
The role will involve identifying potential customers, conducting outreach, qualifying prospects, scheduling product demonstrations, managing follow-ups, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities




Identify and research potential schools, educational institutions, activity centres, makerspaces, and other relevant prospects.
Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn, databases, referrals, inbound enquiries, and other channels.
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant communication channels.
Understand prospect requirements and effectively communicate STEMpedia’s products, solutions, and value proposition.
Qualify leads based on customer needs, decision-making authority, timelines, and business potential.
Schedule product demos, meetings, and follow-ups for qualified prospects and sales teams.
Maintain accurate lead, interaction, and follow-up records in the CRM and other tracking systems.
Consistently follow up with prospects and support the sales team throughout the lead conversion process.
