Overview
We are looking for a highly proactive and relationship-driven Revenue & Customer Success Manager who can own the complete post-sales customer lifecycle. This role combines the responsibilities of a Key Account Manager and a Revenue Operations specialist, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, revenue realization, and account growth. The ideal candidate should be equally comfortable building executive relationships, driving renewals and upsells, tracking commercial commitments, ensuring timely collections, and identifying opportunities to expand customer value.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Success & Relationship Management
➢ Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
➢ Build and maintain solid relationships with key stakeholders and decisionmakers.
➢ Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term success.




➢ Conduct regular business reviews to understand client objectives and measure success.
➢ Act as the voice of the customer internally and coordinate with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues. ➢ Monitor customer health and proactively address risks impacting retention.

2. Account Management & Growth
➢ Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
➢ Own account growth targets and contribute directly to revenue generation.
➢ Develop account plans and growth strategies for key clients.
➢ Ensure renewals are executed smoothly and on time.
➢ Track usage, engagement, and business outcomes to uncover revenue opportunities.

3. Revenue Management & Commercial Ownership
➢ Own revenue realization across assigned accounts.
➢ Monitor invoicing, collections, payment timelines, and outstanding receivables.
➢ Work closely with Finance to ensure timely collections and revenue reconciliation.
➢ Track contract values, renewal
