About The Role

Do you enjoy taking ownership of a business portfolio and building positive, lasting relationships with partners? Are you motivated by helping businesses grow through data, technology and consultative advice?

As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of accommodation partners across India, with a primary focus on the Delhi market. You will advise and consult partners on their business performance, market opportunities and industry trends, while helping them make the most of Booking.com’s products, tools and systems.





You will work closely with accommodation partners to improve their performance on the platform, strengthen availability and pricing, and create an outstanding experience for Booking.com customers. This is a commercially minded role for someone who can combine relationship building with structured, data-informed execution.

Key responsibilities

Own a portfolio of accommodation partners and act as their primary point of contact, responding to questions and following up on agreed actions.
Build robust, trusted relationships with partners through proactive communication by telephone, internal messaging and, where relevant, in-person meetings.
Advise partners on business performance, market opportunities, industry trends and actions that can improve their results on Booking.com.
Evaluate local market characteristics, trends and drivers, then prioritise opportunities across your portfolio to deliver business value.
