Role Description The Front Office Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Srinagar. This role involves welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring accurate entry of guest information in hotel systems. The Front Office Executive responds to guest inquiries, coordinates with other departments to fulfill guest requests, and assists with reservations and room allocations. Daily responsibilities also include handling phone calls and emails, processing payments,



maintaining front desk records, and resolving basic service issues promptly and professionally. The role requires maintaining a neat reception area, following hotel policies and procedures, and supporting a smooth and courteous front office operation at all times.
Qualifications
Strong customer service and guest relations skills, with a skilled and courteous demeanor.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and hotel reservation or property management systems (training can be provided).
Effective verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage.
Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to accuracy in documentation and billing.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, and collaborate well with diverse teams.
Prior experience in front office, reception, or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory.
