Role Overview
The ideal candidate should be a technology-oriented project leader with solid client-facing capabilities who can independently manage software development engagements from requirement to Go-Live. The person should be equally comfortable discussing business requirements with senior client stakeholders and delivery/technical issues with architects and development teams.
Candidates with a combination of Software Project Management in BFSI/ Government/PSU Client Management + Account/Delivery Management experience will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement & Change Management
Coordinate requirement gathering and business analysis activities.
Ensure requirements are documented, reviewed and approved.
Manage BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases and acceptance criteria.
Establish requirement traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
Identify scope creep and manage change requests through appropriate governance.
Prepare impact assessments and effort estimates for CRs.
Support commercial discussions related to additional scope.




Project & Delivery Management
Lead end-to-end software development projects from requirement analysis through design, development, testing, deployment and Go-Live.
Prepare project plans, schedules, milestones, resource plans and delivery roadmaps.
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues.
Ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget.
Track project progress against milestones and take corrective actions wherever required.
Conduct regular project review meetings with internal teams and clients.
Ensure timely completion of deliverables, UAT, Go-Live and project sign-off.
Drive project closure and transition to support/operations teams.
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for the client for project delivery and operational matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Understand business requirements and translate them
