Role Description The Relationship Manager – Bancassurance (Midnapore) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for driving life insurance business through designated bank branches. This position focuses on nurturing robust relationships with bank staff, supporting them in identifying insurance needs,



and providing suitable solutions to bank customers. Daily responsibilities include meeting branch sales targets, conducting customer meetings, explaining product features and benefits, and ensuring a high standard of service and follow-up. The role involves regular branch visits, coordinating marketing activities, maintaining accurate sales and customer records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The Relationship Manager also provides training and motivation to bank teams to enhance insurance awareness and sales effectiveness.
