Job Title: Product Lead – CRM & MarTech Platforms

Role Summary
We're hiring a technical product owner to lead HubSpot and CRM/AI platform implementations across client accounts - from architecture and integration through rollout and adoption. This is a hybrid product + technical + client-facing role: you'll own the "what and how" of platform builds, and be the client's trusted technical point of contact.

Key Responsibilities
· Own end-to-end HubSpot implementation, configuration, and integrations (workflows, APIs, third-party connectors) across client accounts
· Evaluate, recommend, and lead implementation of other CRM/MarTech platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Bullhorn, etc.) based on client needs
· Drive research and rollout of AI tools/agents into client marketing, sales, or operations workflows
· Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients - translate business requirements into platform architecture and delivery plans
· Own strategy: vendor evaluation, build-vs-buy calls,



staying ahead of the CRM/MarTech/AI landscape
· Manage execution end-to-end: scoping, implementation, QA, documentation, training/handover
· Partner with delivery and marketing teams to align platform work with campaign and account goals
· Report platform status, risks, and roadmap directly to the HOD

KPIs
· On-time delivery rate for platform implementations/go-lives
· Number of successful CRM/AI platform rollouts per quarter
· Client satisfaction/retention score on technical engagements
· % reduction in manual processes via automation
· Post-launch integration uptime / error rate
· Retainer or project revenue influenced by platform-led work
· Average time-to-resolution on client-reported platform issues

Must-Have
· 2-4 years hands-on HubSpot experience (Marketing/Sales/Ops Hub, workflows, API integrations)
· HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
