About the role:

You will work from a call list that we prepare and give you. You call the companies on that list, find the person who takes decisions about software, and book a thirty-minute meeting for them with our Field CTO or one of our subject matter experts. The technical discussion happens in that meeting. You do not take part in it.

Someone who does well in this job will, after a year, be booking fifteen to twenty good meetings every month without being chased. They will understand our type of customer very well, and they will be a strong candidate for Senior SDR or Team Lead.

What you will do

Make 120 to 150 calls in each shift using our dialer. The list is prepared for you. There is no field work and no local customers.
Get past the first few objections and book thirty-minute meetings on the Field CTOs calendar.
Check every lead against a easy four-point checklist. If a company does not fit, say so honestly. Five real meetings are better than fifteen weak ones.
Confirm every booked meeting by email and by phone, so that the person actually turns up.




Enter the result of every call in our CRM the same day. This part is not optional.
Listen to your own recorded calls every week with your Team Lead, and work on improving one thing at a time.
Follow the US calling rules we train you on Do-Not-Call lists, permitted calling hours, and informing people that the call is recorded.

What we are looking for
Required

Clear spoken English. You do not need an American accent, and we do not want you to copy one. An American must be able to understand you easily on the phone, the first time.
You are willing to work from 5:30 PM to 1:00 AM IST, Monday to Friday, in our Kovilpatti office.
You can handle rejection. Most calls end in a few seconds. The work is making the next call just as well.
You can use a browser, a CRM and a spreadsheet without help.
Any degree, or work experience in place of one. Your stream, your college and your marks do not matter to us.
