? We’re Hiring | AGM / GM – Sales & Marketing

We are looking for an experienced AGM / GM – Sales & Marketing to lead our Sales & Marketing function for a Foundry business, with a strong focus on international markets and global customer development.
? Location: Pitampur, Indore, Madhya Pradesh

? Position: AGM / GM – Sales & Marketing
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute domestic & international sales strategies, with primary focus on global markets.
Identify and develop new customers across Europe, USA, Middle East, Asia and other international markets.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, distributors and global sourcing teams.
Drive business development, new customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage international enquiries, RFQs, commercial negotiations and order conversion.
Develop market intelligence, competitor analysis and pricing strategies.
Lead and mentor the Sales & Marketing team.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.




Drive export business and achieve annual sales targets.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 15+ years in Sales & Marketing, preferably in the Foundry / Casting / Auto Component / Engineering industry.
Strong experience in international B2B sales and business development.
Existing exposure/network with international customers will be an advantage.
Solid understanding of casting products, customer requirements and commercial negotiations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
