Role Description The General Manager Sales is a full-time, in office role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading and expanding the sales function for Upasna’s residential and commercial projects. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The General Manager Sales oversees sales teams,



sets performance targets, monitors sales pipelines, and ensures effective follow-up and closure of leads. Daily activities involve coordinating with marketing, operations, and finance teams, reviewing market trends, preparing sales reports, and supporting negotiations and contract finalization. The role also focuses on enhancing service standards, resolving escalations, and promoting a culture of ethical, customer-focused selling.
