Role Description The Business Development Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential partners and customers, driving lead generation campaigns, and supporting the execution of business growth initiatives. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating meetings and product demos, and maintaining detailed records in CRM tools. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine value propositions, track performance against targets,



and provide regular reports and insights to leadership.
Qualifications
Strong presentation skills, including experience creating and delivering impactful presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in lead generation and market research, with the ability to identify opportunities, segment markets, and analyze competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships and convey complex information clearly.
Relevant experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in a tech or app-based workplace is preferred.
Comfort using CRM systems, productivity tools, and basic data analysis to track leads, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
