About the Role




We are looking for a highly organized, confident, and people-oriented Entrepreneur Success & Onboarding Associate to support entrepreneurs participating in our subscription program.
In this role, you will be one of the key points of contact for entrepreneurs after they join. You will guide them through onboarding, introduce them to the services and resources available to them, answer questions, coordinate next steps, and ensure they continue to receive timely communication and follow-up throughout their journey.
This is a relationship-focused role with an operational backbone. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with people, explaining things clearly, keeping conversations moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
