Job Description

We are seeking a talented and driven Regional Manager to join our Sales team at IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS). In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and establishing robust relationships with key accounts, including Metro Railway, Indian Railway, and Airport Authority of India. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies. As a Regional Manager, you will collaborate closely with the sales team and key account managers to create a robust sales pipeline and support our EPC contractors in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies for identified key accounts, targeting Metro Railway, Indian Railway, Airport Authority of India, and other key clients.
Pursue new business opportunities in the solar energy sector and other relevant industries.
Work closely with the sales team and key account managers to build strong relationships and ensure a consistent sales pipeline.




Identify and understand the business models of key accounts to align our solutions with their objectives and increase product penetration.
Set and monitor sales targets for the regional team, ensuring performance and growth.
Support EPC contractors during the quoting process for large projects, providing expertise and guidance.
Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify potential business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's brand and values in all interactions.
