Role Description The Sales Manager role at Finplex Technologies is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving new business acquisition, building and managing relationships with financial institutions and small business customers, and meeting revenue and growth targets.



Day-to-day activities include identifying prospects, presenting Finplex’s lending solutions, negotiating terms, and closing deals, while ensuring a high standard of customer experience. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and credit teams to refine offerings, provide market feedback, and support efficient loan processing. The Sales Manager will also track sales performance, prepare reports, and contribute to sales strategy and process improvements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, lending, or related domains.
Strong skills in business development, lead generation, and pipeline management to consistently achieve sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
