Role Description The Director Business Development will lead revenue growth and strategic customer acquisition for EdgeSilica, with a focus on semiconductor and VLSI services. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining senior-level client relationships,



and developing account strategies for startups, fabless companies, and product organizations. The director will collaborate closely with delivery, engineering, and leadership teams to shape service offerings, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts aligned with business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, pipeline management, forecasting, participation in industry events, and driving initiatives that strengthen EdgeSilica’s brand and long-term partnerships in target markets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the semiconductor, VLSI, or related technology services domain.
Robust skills in strategic planning, market analysis, and opportunity assessment, with the ability to build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
