Job Description – Treasury Manager

Job Title: Treasury Manager

Designation: Manager / Senior Manager – Treasury

Department: Finance

Location: Bengaluru

Reporting To: Head – Finance / CFO

PRIME FUNCTION

To manage and optimize Sansera’s treasury operations, including cash and liquidity management, banking relationships, working capital, foreign exchange, trade finance, investments, borrowing, and financial risk management. The role will ensure adequate liquidity, effective utilization of funds, compliance with treasury policies,



and minimization of financial and FX risks across the Sansera Group.

Job Description / Responsibilities

Cash & Liquidity Management
Manage daily cash flow, fund positioning, and liquidity requirements across the organization.
Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts and monitor actuals against projections.
Ensure adequate availability of funds for working capital, capex, debt servicing, and other business requirements.
Optimize surplus cash utilization and minimize idle funds and finance costs.
Monitor inter-company fund movements and ensure effective utilization of group liquidity.
Banking & Financial Institution Management
Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions across domestic and international operations.
Negotiate banking facilities, pricing, interest rates, transaction charges, and other commercial terms.
Monitor working capital limits, fund-based and non-fund-based facilities.
Coordinate with banks for account mana
