Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will lead and manage sales activities, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the fabrics and garment accessories sector. Responsibilities include setting and achieving sales targets, developing and executing sales strategies, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports for leadership.



The role involves extensive travel within Delhi/NCR with an objective to reach out to all major Garment Exporters and Fashion Brands.

Qualifications
Strong sales management and business development skills, including target setting, pipeline management, and account growth.
Proficiency in client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder communication.
Experience in the textiles, fabrics, or garment accessories industry, with understanding of supply chains and sourcing practices. Work Experience 3 to 5 years
Ability to analyze sales data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Textiles, or a related field is a must
Proven ability to work in office in a collaborative environment, lead small teams, and coordinate across departments.
