Role Description The Paid Ads Executive will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels to drive leads, conversions,



and brand visibility. Responsibilities include setting up and monitoring campaigns, conducting keyword and audience research, managing ad budgets, and regularly analyzing performance metrics to improve ROI. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and design teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies aligned with client objectives. The Paid Ads Executive will prepare performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.
Qualifications
Strong skills in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC channels.
Experience with keyword research, audience targeting, bid strategies, and budget management for performance-driven campaigns.
