Role Description The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment,



onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This full-time, on-site role based in Sikar involves implementing HR policies, supporting performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. The role includes handling employee relations, addressing concerns, and fostering an inclusive, engaging workplace culture. The Human Resources Executive will coordinate training and development activities, assist with payroll and benefits administration, and collaborate with management to support workforce planning. The position requires regular interaction with team members across departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
