We are hiring a Performance Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the health and wellness sector.

Role Overview
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid acquisition across Meta and Google, driving scalable revenue growth through data-driven campaign management. This is a high-ownership role focused on improving marketing efficiency, optimizing customer acquisition costs, and maximizing return on ad spend while building a predictable growth engine.

Must Have Skills
Solid hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns with measurable business outcomes
Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
High ownership mindset with a focus on results

Good to Have
Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands
Exposure to the health, wellness, or supplements industry




Understanding of attribution models and tracking tools (GA4, Meta Pixel, etc.)
Experience with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Explore and test new customer acquisition channels
Allocate and optimize marketing budgets based on performance data
Identify high-performing campaigns, audiences, and creatives to maximize ROI
Partner with creative teams to improve messaging, hooks, and ad formats
Optimize landing pages, product pages, and funnel performance to improve conversions
Plan and execute structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and funnel flows
Monitor key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and paid revenue
Build dashboards and generate actionable insights for business decisions
Manage ad fatigue, creative refresh cycles, and sustainable campa
