About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing program experts to drive enrolments for premium executive education and professional development programs.
The role involves engaging working professionals, understanding their career and learning objectives, and consulting them on certificate programs.
The ideal candidate should have strong consultative selling skills, excellent communication, and a proven track record of closing high-ticket education, professional training, executive education, or similar B2C products.

Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle from lead qualification to enrolment and payment.
Consult working professionals and senior professionals on suitable executive education programs.
Understand prospects' career goals, professional experience, and learning requirements.
Conduct structured counselling conversations through calls,



video meetings, and other channels.
Effectively communicate program value, curriculum, faculty, outcomes, and career relevance.
Handle objections related to pricing, time commitment, ROI, competition, and program credibility.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and build a solid pipeline of qualified prospects.
Achieve monthly revenue and enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate lead and sales activity records in the CRM.
Work closely with marketing and academic/product teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Track conversion metrics and identify opportunities to improve the sales funnel.

Ideal Candidate
2–6 years of experience in high-ticket sales, education sales, executive education, professional courses, SaaS, financial products, or other consultative B2C sales.
Experience selling products/services in the ₹1 lakh+ price range is strongly preferred.
