Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Mumbai. The position involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of potential clients for Alder’s softgel capsule products. The executive will conduct market research, engage prospects through calls, emails, and meetings, and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams on pricing and proposals, negotiating terms,



and ensuring timely follow-up to close deals. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing sales reports, and supporting long-term strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in building and managing a sales pipeline.
Candidates should possess skills related to Business development and Account Management, including maintaining client relationships and identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
