Key Responsibilities

Perform insurance follow-up and AR collections.
Analyze denied and unpaid claims and take appropriate action.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies to resolve claim issues.
Meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with process guidelines.




Maintain accurate documentation of all account activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a Graduate
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Should be willing to work in night shifts
Must have a minimum of 1 year of AR Calling experience .
Must have proper relieving and experience documents from previous employers
Freshers are not eligible for this requirement
