4+ years of overall experience in inside sales, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
Minimum 2 years of experience in leading/managing an inside sales team.
Proven track record of achieving lead-generation, MQL, SQL, pipeline, or revenue targets.
Experience with CRM systems and sales processes.
Experience in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM or allied engineering software/solution sales will be an added advantage.
Experience selling technology solutions to B2B customers is preferred.
Technical & Business Skills
Robust proficiency in CRM platforms.
Experience with sales intelligence, lead-generation, and sales analytics tools.
Good understanding of B2B sales and lead qualification processes.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
