Role Description The Papermaker role is a full-time, on-site position located in Rajahmundry. The Papermaker is responsible for overseeing the paper production process, including preparing and monitoring pulp, operating and adjusting mill machinery, and maintaining optimal process conditions for quality and efficiency.



Daily tasks include inspecting equipment, recording production data, identifying process deviations, and coordinating with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues. The role involves adhering to safety protocols, performing routine checks on raw materials and finished paper, and supporting continuous process optimization initiatives. The Papermaker also collaborates with supervisors and colleagues to meet production targets, minimize waste, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of the Paper Industry and practical experience in Papermaking.
Hands-on experience working with Pulp preparation and handling in a mill workplace.
Skills in Process Optimization, including monitoring parameters and improving efficiency.
Experience in Milling operations and familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
