Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee and strengthen the organization’s compliance, risk management, data privacy, and information security programs. The role will be responsible for managing compliance requirements related to SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST, coordinating audits, identifying risks, and ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain compliance programs for SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
Coordinate internal and external compliance audits and assessments.
Develop, review, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
Conduct risk assessments and support remediation of identified gaps.
Monitor regulatory and industry changes and ensure timely implementation of required controls.
Coordinate with IT, Information Security, HR, Legal, and Operations teams to maintain compliance.
Maintain compliance documentation, evidence, risk registers, and audit records.
Support customer security questionnaires, audits, and compliance-related requests.




Track corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely closure of compliance findings.
Conduct employee compliance and security awareness training.
Prepare regular compliance reports and dashboards for management.
Ensure appropriate controls are implemented for the protection of sensitive and healthcare-related information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management, Compliance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in compliance, information security, risk management, or audit.
Solid working knowledge of SOC 1, SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST frameworks.
Experience managing compliance audits and evidence collection.
Strong understanding of risk assessment, internal controls, policies, and security governance.
