Job Summary

We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who can work directly with customers to understand complex problems and build customised technical solutions using our platform and modern AI tools.
This role combines software engineering, solution architecture, AI, and customer engagement. You will work closely with customers to understand their workflows, identify technical challenges, design the right solution, and build and deploy it.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and architectural skills, along with the ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems and translate customer requirements into practical technical solutions.

What You’ll Do

* Work directly with customers to understand their business and technical problems.
* Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and system architectures.
* Design and build customised solutions using the company's platform and AI tools.
* Develop AI agents, automated workflows, integrations,



and data pipelines based on customer requirements.
* Rapidly prototype, test, deploy, and iterate on customer solutions.
* Integrate solutions with customers' existing APIs, databases, data systems, and applications.
* Identify opportunities where AI and automation can improve customer processes.
* Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural problems.
* Clearly communicate technical designs, trade-offs, timelines, and recommendations to customers.
* Work with internal engineering teams to convert recurring customer requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
* Own customer implementations from discovery through deployment and optimisation.

Required Skills & Experience

* 3–5 years of experience in Software Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Forward Deployed Engineering, Technical Consulting, or a similar role.
