Senior People Technology Analyst is responsible for running payroll, balancing, trouble-shooting and coordinating efficient processes on a bi-weekly basis. This position must maintain positive relationships with business unit clients, other HC departments and vendors on a consistent basis.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a functional SME for Oracle US HR and payroll module
Partner with other departments on trouble shooting and resolution of system issues




Make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of Oracle
Accurate run control and creation of payroll, including mass uploads
Contribute to the creation of monitoring processes to assess the quality of Payroll and HR data; ensure accurate payroll runs each pay period
Create and assist with data queries for internal customers and necessary audit requests
Research and identify root causes for problems and own the resolution
Review and assist with revision of run control and job stream management
Collaborate with Benefits, Wealth, Rewards, Compensation and HR communities in the support of HR business initiatives
Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and vendors
Support acquisition initiatives related to payroll and employee integration
Develop queries and reports for auditing payroll data and preventing errors
Assist with testing for fixes, enhancements, upgrades to Oracle and other platforms that t
