This Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, engage prospective clients, and present Talentrack’s content-development solutions to drive revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations,



negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking sales performance, and providing regular updates and reports to management. The Sales Executive is expected to actively represent Talentrack in the market, uphold the brand’s value proposition, and contribute to long-term customer retention.

Qualifications
Proven skills in B2B sales, business development, and account management within media, advertising, or digital services.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with confidence in client-facing interactions.
Experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Understanding of content creation, digital marketing, or influencer marketing ecosystems is highly beneficial.
