We're looking for a customer service intern with a passion for beauty and a knack for empathetic support.

What you'll be doing-
Reply to customer queries across various channels.
Learn about the product lineup across skincare, makeup, and haircare inside out—and answer customer queries efficiently and accurately.
Ability to empathize with the customer, and deal with issues patiently and politely on phone, email and social media.
Respond in clear, warm, and grammatically accurate English.
Collaborate well within a team, be proactive, and work with minimal oversight.

Our Requirements




Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience in customer service is highly preferred. Experience with a skincare/beauty company is a major plus. Interest in skincare, beauty is mandatory and should have a good knowledge of these as a consumer—please don’t apply if it’s not your space.
Basic knowledge of Google Slides and Spreadsheets is required.
