About the role
Man Made Marketing is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team in
Trivandrum. You'll work across paid advertising, SEO, and e-commerce growth strategies
for a portfolio of clients, bringing sharp analytical thinking and a strategic mindset to every
campaign you run.
What you'll do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, Google Ads, Meta Ads and other platforms across multiple client accounts.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility, traffic and rankings
Manage and grow relationships with multiple clients simultaneously, understanding their unique business goals and translating them into marketing strategy
Design and execute growth strategies for e-commerce clients, focused on scaling revenue and improving key metrics ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV
Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
Identify problems proactively and develop creative, effective solutions
Stay current with digital marketing trends,
platform updates and industry best practices
Report on campaign performance to clients and internal stakeholders
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing
Solid hands-on experience in paid advertising and SEO
Agency experience, having managed multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proven experience working with e-commerce brands, with a track record of scaling them
Strong analytical skills, comfortable working with data, dashboards and performance metrics to guide decisions
Strategic thinking, with the ability to see the bigger picture beyond day-to-day campaign management
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush / Ahrefs, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.
