About the Role
We are looking for a Backend & Calling Executive who is comfortable handling both customer communication and backend operations, and is genuinely interested in AI, automation, and learning new technologies.
This is not just a traditional calling or data-entry role. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, curious, adaptable, and willing to explore AI tools to improve communication, data management, follow-ups, and day-to-day business processes.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, CRM tools, WhatsApp, email and AI tools such as ChatGPT, with the mindset to learn and adopt new technology as it evolves.
What Success Looks Like
· Independently manage customer calls and follow-ups.
· Maintain accurate customer, lead, payment and task-related data.
· Ensure that no important follow-up or customer requirement is missed.
· Coordinate effectively with internal teams.
· Use AI tools to improve communication, documentation, research and daily productivity.
· Quickly learn and adopt current software, tools and workflows.




· Identify repetitive tasks that can be simplified or automated.
· Take ownership of assigned responsibilities rather than waiting for constant instructions.
Key Responsibilities
· Handle incoming and outgoing calls with customers/clients.
· Follow up with leads, customers and prospects through calls and WhatsApp.
· Maintain and update customer/lead information in Excel, Google Sheets or CRM.
· Manage backend operations, documentation and data entry.
· Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements, follow-ups and task completion.
· Track leads, payments, pending tasks and customer requirements.
· Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.
· Manage communication through WhatsApp and email.
· Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and other AI productivity tools for research, communication, documentation and workflow improvement.
