About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success & Operations Manager to join our growing startup team. This is a high-ownership role for someone who has hands-on experience working with ERP or HRMS platforms and understands how software, people processes, and customer relationships come together. You'll be the bridge between our product/operations and our customers — ensuring smooth onboarding, day-to-day support, and operational excellence across systems like payroll and reporting.
This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a small, fast-paced startup environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is comfortable communicating with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end customer success — onboarding, training, issue resolution, and relationship management
Manage and support operational workflows related to ERP/HRMS systems, including payroll processing and related functions
Track, analyze,



and report on operational and customer data using Excel (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
Coordinate between customers, internal teams, and system/product teams to resolve queries and improve processes
Identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements for efficiency
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, escalations, and resolutions
Support system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting as needed
Ensure timely and professional communication with clients via calls, email, and chat
Requirements
2+ years of experience working with ERP or HRMS software (implementation, support, or operations)
Solid working knowledge of Excel — formulas, data analysis, reporting
Understanding of payroll processes and functions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Comfortable working in a startup environment with a small, close-knit team
